A well-established and busy riverside gastro pub/hotel in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a reliable Chef de Partie to join their friendly long-standing kitchen team.
The kitchen focuses on fresh British pub food using quality ingredients burgers, grills, sandwiches, pasta dishes, traditional pub classics and summer BBQ specials. This is not fine dining or Michelin-level cooking, just a solid fresh food operation with a great atmosphere and strong local reputation.
Whats on offer:
£3235k salary depending on experience
Approx. £34k yearly service charge
Closed every Monday
No early breakfast starts

The ideal candidate will have previous fresh food experience, work well within a small team, and be confident running a section during service.
