Salary: Up to £57,000 + bonus
A high-energy, branded restaurant group is looking for a General Manager who isn't afraid to take full ownership of their site and raise the bar. This is a business going through change - they need someone proactive, commercially sharp and strong enough to challenge the norm, not just follow it.
The Role:
Full accountability for a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Lead from the front - visible, hands-on and in the detail
Drive standards across food, service and guest experience
Build, develop and retain a strong team
Hold your management team accountable and push performance
Take ownership of P&L, labour and cost control
Identify problems early and implement practical solutions
Create a culture of energy, pace and consistency
The Person:
Proven experience as a General Manager within branded or high-volume hospitality - £100k plus xwzovoh
High energy, proactive and solutions-focused
Comfortable getting into the detail - not just managing from a distance
Strong leader who can challenge, influence and drive change
Commercially aware with a solid grip on numbers
Passionate about food, service and building teams that deliver
