JML are recruiting for a Concrete Operative – Housing Development Site We are currently recruiting for 1 experienced Concrete Operative to work on a housing developer site. Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for general concrete works, including breaking out concrete and operating a jackhammer. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Requirements * Proven experience as a Concrete Operative * Experience breaking out concrete * Confident and experienced using a jackhammer * Good understanding of site health and safety * Reliable and hardworking * Able to work effectively as part of a site team Job Details * Position: 1 x Concrete Operative * Pay Rate: £19 per hour * Payment: CIS * Hours: 10 hours paid per day * Location: Housing developer site * Duration: Ongoing work * Start: Immediate
