Every engineering challenge is different.If you enjoy fault-finding, improving equipment and working on bespoke machinery your unlikely to find anywhere else, this is an opportunity to build a career in a truly unique engineering environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the delivery of preventive maintenance tasks throughout the siteSupport the reactive maintenance activities reported by members of staff specifically in regard to the plantCarry out audit and inspection of critical assets identified by the Maintenance and DevelopmentManagerAssist the design and projects team when required on larger capital expenditure worksHosting contractors that assist in both preventative and reactive worksConsulting on software and hardware improvementsRequired Skills & Experience:Formal mechanical or electrical engineering qualificationAble to demonstrate fault finding skills utilising techniques such as RCAPrevious experience in routine maintenance and breakdown repair of industrial equipment/machineryGood communication skills, willingness to participate in team discussions and activitiesAbility to create ideas, understand the need for change and embrace itYou’ll be solution focused, with a “here to help” attitude.
