That's the role. £50k OTE, Glasgow-based, hybrid, and structured around the part of the job you're actually good at. The model The business sits inside a wider property group. A sister company sources, buys and renovates properties across Scotland and the wider UK. Once they're finished, they come straight to you to list, market and sell. No third-party vendors. No instruction battles. No managing seller expectations on price because the price has already been worked out commercially before it hits the market. It's an unusual model and it changes the job completely. Your time goes into the bit that actually generates fees — converting buyers — not into the bit that burns out most negotiators by year three. You can value, list, qualify, negotiate, progress and close. You read people quickly and you know when a buyer is serious. You've probably hit and beaten target in a busy independent or a strong corporate branch, and you're ready for a seat where the ceiling is higher and the noise is lower. You'll want: * Solid residential sales experience in a UK estate agency * A track record you can talk through deal by deal * Full UK driving licence and your own car * Confidence across Rightmove, Zoopla and a modern CRM The package * £25,000–£35,000 basic depending on experience * £50,000 OTE with a commission structure built to be hit * Hybrid working between Glasgow office and field * Local travel only * A growing business with a clear seat for someone who wants to build something rather than just clock in Interested?
