About the Role:

As Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring projects run smoothly from brief through to delivery. Working closely with both clients and internal creative teams, you’ll coordinate multiple projects, manage timelines and budgets, communicate project updates, and help deliver high-quality creative work across a variety of channels. This role offers genuine client exposure, responsibility, and the chance to work across a broad range of integrated marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a key point of contact.

* Take and interpret client briefs, turning requirements into clear project actions.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables remain on track.

* Brief and coordinate internal creative teams.

* Keep clients informed throughout project lifecycles and manage expectations effectively.

* Identify potential project challenges and implement practical solutions.

* Coordinate client feedback and ensure amends are communicated clearly.

* Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and ways of working.

Skills and Expertise:

* Previous experience within an advertising, creative, design or integrated agency environment.

* Strong client relationship management skills.

* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Good understanding of agency processes and creative workflows.

* Commercial awareness and attention to detail.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of projects.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a busy team environment.
