Hours: Average monthly guaranteed hours for full time or part time. Working times are between 07:00-22:00

Average monthly guaranteed hours available
£14-£15 per hour (depending on shift and experience)
Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
Overnight care: £125 – £135 per night
Live-in care opportunities: £130 – £145 per day
45p per mile mileage allowance
Holiday pay (12.07%)
Company pension (3% contribution)
Enhanced pay on designated holidays
About the role As a Care Assistant, you'll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Every day is different, but you may be:
Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
Supporting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
Assisting with meals, medication, and daily routines
Offering companionship and emotional support
Helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe environment
Monitoring wellbeing and updating care records
