The Role
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the property, ensuring high standards across guest experience, housekeeping, people, compliance and facilities.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for:
• Leading day-to-day property operations
• Managing and developing operational teams
• Housekeeping, cleanliness & guest experience
• Health & Safety and compliance
• Maintenance & facilities
• Rotas, staffing & performance
• Cost control and operational budgets
• Guest complaints and service recovery
• SOPs, processes and operational standards
• Working closely with the General Manager

The ideal Operations Manager will have:
• Hotel, hostel or accommodation operations experience
• Strong team management experience
• Front Office & Housekeeping knowledge
