A highly respected and growing multi-office law firm in south Devon are on the hunt for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Plymouth office.Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time hours, this role offers flexibility including partial remote working to suit your lifestyle while keeping you connected to a supportive legal team.The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, registered and unregistered land, shared ownership, but to let, newbuilds and transfers of equity.The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/CILEX or licensed conveyancer and be able to demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a busy conveyancing team and independently managing their own caseload.If you're ready for a fresh challenge and want to make your mark in a well-established team, we'd love to hear from you.For more information about this role please contact Hannah Somers at Chadwick Nott.(t) m) e)
