The Role Our Room Leaders play a critical role in the successful operation of our world-class nursery. This role will be focussed on providing the very best care for our children and our colleagues. What you will be asked to do: * Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of your own room, encouraging good practice and being a good role model. * Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus. * Promote positive working relationships with the parents and colleagues within your room. * Support your colleagues in ensuring that they are completing planning, milestones, and observations to the highest standards. * Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework. * Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
