Matters range from negotiating significant technology agreements to advising on the commercial arrangements behind new products, services and innovations.

There is also exposure to developing areas such as artificial intelligence, fintech, digital health and other emerging technologies.The Scottish team benefits from the resources and international connections of a wider UK practice while maintaining a close-knit, collaborative culture.
