Job Running Architectural Technician Leicestershire Up to £45,000 DOE Aztrum is delighted to announce a new partnership with a well-established and growing architectural practice based in Leicestershire. My client is looking to appoint a Job Running Architectural Technician to take ownership of projects through the technical and delivery stages, playing a key role in the successful execution of live schemes. Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architectural Technician role: • Run projects from post-planning through to completion • Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages in Revit • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and specialist subcontractors • Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations • Develop construction details and technical solutions • Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, planning conditions, and industry standards • Attend site meetings and support projects throughout the construction phase • Assist in mentoring and supporting junior team members where required Requirements for this Job Running Architectural Technician role: • Proven experience delivering projects independently across RIBA Stages 3–6 • Strong proficiency in Revit is essential • Retail or Commercial sector experience is desirable • Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and building standards • Ability to coordinate information and communicate effectively with project teams If this opportunity is of interest to you, please contact Harley on  or alternatively call (phone number removed) for more information
