Requirements

* Carry out electrical installation and upgrade works across social housing properties.

* Undertake works involving ventilation fans, heat pumps, consumer units and solar installations.

* Maintain accurate records of completed works, testing and inspections where required.

* Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and quality at all times.

* Follow site procedures and work professionally within occupied properties.

Experience and Qualifications

* ECS Gold Card qualified electrician.

* Ideally MCS accredited.

* Previous experience working on social housing projects.

* Experience with ventilation fans, heat pumps, consumer units and solar PV installations.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with an interest in long-term ongoing work.

* Willingness to work on a price work basis - scope to earn upto 90k
