Site Manager – Refurbishment Project
📍 Location: Helston, Cornwall
📅 Start Date: 16th November 2026
⏱️ Duration: 10 Weeks
💷 Rate: £260 - £290 / Shift
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10-week refurbishment project in Helston.
The project will involve the refurbishment of existing changing facilities, including:
* Demolition and removal of existing facilities.
* Installation of new resin flooring.
* Installation of new changing room cubicles.
* Overseeing all site activities and ensuring the project runs safely and to schedule.
Key Requirements:
Candidates must hold the following qualifications and certificates:
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
* Asbestos Awareness
* Fire Marshal
Project Details:
* Start date: 16th November 2026.
* Duration: 10 weeks.
* Christmas shutdown: 21st December 2026 – 1st January 2027.
* Rates: Negotiable depending on experience and shift pattern.
* Payment: CIS.
