Freelance Site Manager - Pub Refurbishment

Location: Gloucestershire
Rate: £280-£300 per day
Duration: 12-16 Weeks

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a pub refurbishment project in Gloucestershire.

The project will involve refurbishment and fit out works within an existing pub environment. We are looking for a Site Manager who has previously worked within the hospitality, leisure or wider commercial fit out and refurbishment sectors.

You will be responsible for overseeing all site activities, managing subcontractors and ensuring the works are completed to programme and the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day running of the refurbishment.

Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers.

Overseeing all refurbishment and fit out activities.

Monitoring progress and ensuring the programme is maintained.

Managing health and safety on site.

Carrying out quality checks and inspections.

Completing RAMS, inductions and site documentation.

Liaising with the project team and providing regular progress updates.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Site Manager within fit out and refurbishment.

Experience delivering pub, restaurant, bar or hospitality projects preferred.

Strong understanding of internal refurbishment and finishing works.

SMSTS.

CSCS Card.

First Aid qualification.
