Contracts Manager

Sphere Solutions are recruiting an experienced Freelance Project Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction projects across Bristol.

Our client is an established commercial and industrial building contractor specialising in new-build developments, extensions, refurbishments, building cladding and façade works.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Oversee the delivery of multiple projects from start to completion.

*

Manage Site Managers, subcontractors and project teams.

*

Monitor programmes, budgets, quality and health and safety.

*

Coordinate procurement, resources and project planning.

*

Liaise with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.

*

Ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager within a main contracting environment.

*

Strong background in commercial construction, refurbishment or cladding works.

*

Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.
