Hybrid Capital Campaigns Lead — Major Gifts

National Galleries of Scotland is seeking an experienced fundraising leader to drive capital campaigns, manage major gifts and steward high‑value donors. You will shape campaign strategy, build compelling cases for support and work with Trustees, senior staff and volunteers to deliver impact.

You’ll lead cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns are well‑resourced, risk‑managed and aligned with our ambition to broaden access to Scotland’s national collection while expanding international
