Customer Service Administrator

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Location: Redditch Hours: 25 hours per week (Wednesday–Friday, 07:00–15:30) Salary: £28,040 Job Type : Permanent, Full Time Key Responsibilities: * Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships * Processing and managing orders on internal systems * Tracking jobs and keeping customers updated on progress * Liaising with carriers, subcontractors, warehouse, and internal departments * Managing documentation including PODs, purchase orders, and job files * Supporting accurate and timely invoicing by ensuring job completion and system updates * Handling customer queries, complaints, and invoice issues * Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and system data About You: * Strong administrative and organisational skills * Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities * Able to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure * High attention to detail with a data-driven approach * Confident working across multiple systems (MS Office essential) * Experience in customer service and administration roles * Knowledge of transport or freight forwarding is advantageous What’s on Offer: * 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata) * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-moving operation If you feel that your skills and experience meet the required specification and this is the position you have been looking for then do not hesitate in clicking 'APPLY NOW' Due to the high number of applications we receive, we are sometimes not able to respond directly to each candidate.
