Job Purpose

We are seeking an outstanding, commercially driven Facilities Director to join the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in Dalkia Scotland.

In this high-profile executive role, you will hold full operational and P&L accountability for a major, long-term Private Finance Initiative (PFI) education and public sector portfolio across Scotland. Concurrently, you will provide strategic corporate steering and growth leadership for three of Dalkia's critical, high-performing specialist business lines: the Legionella Division, the Mobile Technical Services (MTS) Division, and the Energy Management Division.

As a core member of the Scottish SLT, you will collaborate with the to drive regional strategy, champion decarbonisation initiatives, and reinforce an uncompromising health and safety culture.
