Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices, ensuring a high level of awareness and compliance. Investigate incidents and accidents, producing detailed reports and recommendations to prevent future occurrences. Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure the organisation remains compliant with all relevant health and safety legislation.What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager within the engineering sector. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough risk assessments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and influencing staff at all levels. Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.Salary & Benefits: Circa £50,000 - potentially more depending on experience 25 days holiday Contributory Pension Car parking On-site canteen Hours 8.00-16.00 Friday till 15.30.
