Head of Damp & Mould, Disrepair

Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Sutton Housing Partnership, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Head of Damp & Mould; Disrepair role will be: SM1 4LE The right candidate will: Outcome required - deliver required service improvement in the Damp & Mould/Disrepair service making them “Business as Usual”. * Effective leadership and management of the team. * Effective performance management of the team to ensure delivery of Awaab’s Law KPI targets. * Lead on development and implementation of effective performance management system and reporting. * Lead on development and implementation of efficient and effective Damp and Mould/Disrepair service processes. * Effective budget management and forecasting. We require the following: * Significant experience at commensurate level, managing Damp & Mould teams. * Knowledge of Disrepair legislation and effective case management. * Experience of managing and performance managing staff, ensuring effective leadership, delegation and getting the “best out of people”. * Significant experience in providing Repairs and/or Damp & Mould services that deliver a positive customer experience for the resident.
