Senior External Envelope Manager - Residential Project Location: Henley-on-Thames (RG9) Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 + package (DOE) Start Date: Immediate   A leading Main Contractor is seeking a Senior External Envelope Manager for a major residential development in Henley-on-Thames. The role will involve overseeing all façade and envelope packages across a large-scale live project, managing subcontractors, QA, logistics coordination and programme delivery.   Key Responsibilities: Managing multiple façade subcontractors Coordinating programme and logistics sequencing Chairing external works meetings Managing façade QA and compliance processes Liaising with design, commercial and site teams Monitoring progress and resolving site issues Managing EWS1 and warranty-related requirements Requirements: Strong external envelope/façade experience Residential project background essential Excellent coordination and communication skills Strong technical and QA knowledge SMSTS & CSCS essential Package: £58k-£68k DOE Pension & benefits Immediate start
