Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School - Haringey Start: September 2025 | Full-time | Term-time | £100-£115 per day Can you build strong relationships with young people and help them succeed in school? A Haringey secondary school is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support students who need additional guidance with behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation. What you'll be doing: Providing 1:1 mentoring support Supporting behaviour management strategies Helping students re-engage with learning Working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teamsWhat they're looking for: Experience working with teenagers Strong behaviour management skills Confident, calm and resilient approach Passion for supporting young peopleWhy this role?
