Carpenter/Joiner - High-End Residential and Office Fit-outs We are currently recruiting for experienced Carpenter/Joiners to work on a range of high-spec residential refurbishments and office fitout projects across Southwest and Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople looking for long-term carpentry work on high-end residential office fitouts and residential refurbishments. Locations Victoria, Canary Wharf, South Kensington, Wimbledon, West Hampstead and other surrounding areas of City of London Job Details Start Date: Immediate / ASAP Pay Rate: £200-£210+ per day (CIS) Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday Overtime: Available on some sitesKey Responsibilities 1st and 2nd fix carpenter High-end finish carpentry & joinery, and other multi-trader tasks Experienced working on luxury residential refurbishments and fit-out projects Reading and working from drawingsRequirements Strong experience in high-end residential, refurbishment or fit-out projects Valid CSCS Card (Blue/Gold preferred) NVQ Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent) preferred Own tools and PPE Reliable, detail-focused, and professional Ability to provide 2 recent carpentry references with similar companiesAbout Us We are a well-established construction recruitment agency, Kiwi/Aussie owned, with 20+ years' experience supplying skilled trades across London's leading residential construction projects.
