Title: RTA Litigation Fee Earner
Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 3 Days WFH)
A growing and well established law firm is seeking an experienced fee earner to join its expanding Complex Recoveries team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a high value caseload of litigated RTA recovery claims within a business known for its strong insurer relationships, collaborative culture and investment in employee development. 
The Opportunity 
You will take ownership of a caseload of high value litigated RTA recovery claims valued over £10,000, progressing claims efficiently and providing excellent client service.
You will be working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The firm is recognised for its positive and inclusive culture, offering progression and the chance to work alongside leading legal professionals. 
About You

• Experience managing a caseload of litigated RTA recovery claims
• Demonstrable ability to manage high value claims
• Strong working knowledge of liability issues
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
