Reward Specialist - 12m FTC - Public Sector Org

Are you an experienced HR professional with expertise in reward, pay structures, and job evaluation? We're partnering with a large and complex organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and looking for a Senior HR Advisor to help shape and deliver a modern, fair, and data-led reward framework. You'll play a key role in reward strategy, pay and grading reviews, job evaluation, reward analytics, and equality reporting, whilst working closely with senior stakeholders to drive positive organisational change.
