Marketing Operations Manager – Independent Law Firm Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week Location: Shirley, Solihull Salary: A competitive salary is offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications About the firm: This is an award-winning, Lexcel accredited, top tier Legal 500-recognised law firm, employing around 100 staff across four locations. What you’ll be doing: This is a newly created position, focused on delivering an outstanding client experience and contributing to the firm’s growth. The role will involve: Analysing client reviews and identifying trends Gathering and using data to make recommendations to improve clients’ experience  Researching and recommending a CRM and marketing database for the firm Managing search engine optimisation with external web agency Managing pay-per-click campaigns with PPC agency Day-to-day website management Producing monthly marketing and client insight dashboards Tracking website enquiries and conversion rates Monitoring external and internal referrals Identifying opportunities to improve marketing by using AI and automation Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and industry developments Monitoring competitor activityWho we’re looking for: Suitable candidates will have: Previous experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, customer experience or customer insight Experience of analysing customer feedback and turning findings into practical recommendations Experience of managing websites and working with digital marketing agencies Experience of measuring website, campaign and lead-conversion performance Experience of producing clear reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders Experience of working with CRM systems, marketing databases or email marketing platformsWhat’s on offer: This is a permanent part-time position, working three full days per week 9:30am to 5:30pm.  Benefits include: 5 weeks’ annual leave An extra day’s paid leave at Christmas Holiday buy and sell scheme, up to 4 extra days Death in service benefits 3x salary Group Stakeholder Pension Scheme Access to a tax efficient salary sacrifice option Healthcare plan with financial assistance towards a range of healthcare including optical, dental and counselling Employee Assistance Programme A calendar of social events including Christmas parties and summer partiesNote: A competitive salary is offered which will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
