Hybrid

£65,000 - £70,000 per annum

We are partnering with a leading global business to recruit a Compensation Analyst to join its Reward team. Reporting directly to the Head of Reward, this is an excellent opportunity for an analytical reward professional to play a key role in supporting compensation activity across an international organisation.

The Role

You will support a broad range of reward initiatives, including:

• Conducting job evaluations and supporting the maintenance of job structures and grading frameworks.
• Undertaking salary and compensation benchmarking across relevant markets.
• Supporting global benefits projects and wider reward initiatives.
• Producing accurate and insightful reward reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Working with HR and business teams across multiple regions, with a particular focus on EMEA.
• Analysing compensation data to identify trends, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting annual reward processes and ad-hoc compensation projects as required.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong analytical capability and a genuine interest in reward. You will ideally have:

• Experience working within Reward/Compensation, preferably in a global or multinational organisation.
• Strong Excel and data analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate, interpret and present complex data confidently.
• Experience supporting job evaluation and/or salary benchmarking.
• Ideally, experience supporting reward activity across EMEA and an understanding of different international markets.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. xwzovoh

This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Watford offering c£65,000 - £70,000 per annum.
