Learning Support Assistant 📍 Full Time | September Start 💷 Competitive Daily Rate This is a rewarding opportunity to support some of the school's most vulnerable pupils, helping them feel safe, engaged and ready to learn. The Role You'll work closely with pupils who are pre-verbal and require additional support to access learning both inside and outside the classroom. Working alongside teachers and the wider SEND team, you'll provide personalised support that encourages communication, independence and positive development. We're Looking For Someone Who Has: Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEND). Experience working with pre-verbal or non-verbal pupils is highly desirable. A patient, nurturing and positive approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ability to build trusting relationships with children, staff and parents. A genuine passion for helping every child achieve their full potential.
