About the Role This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to manage projects from initial stages through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and fitters. You will play a key role in coordinating installations, maintaining high standards, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: · Manage projects from order through to installation · Conduct site surveys following initial internal training on systems and products · Coordinate and manage subcontracted fitters · Organise and manage installation schedules and fit diaries · Liaise with customers and fitters to ensure smooth project delivery · Handle any on-site or customer-related issues efficiently and professionally · Input and manage quotes and project data · Be customer facing · Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all projects Requirements / Skills: · Previous experience in a Project Manager or similar role within KBB or interiors · Ideally from a fitting background or strong understanding of installations · Ability to read/design or understand kitchen plans and renders · Excellent organisational and time management skills · Strong communication and customer service skills · Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects · Proactive approach with the ability to resolve issues independently · High attention to detail What’s on Offer: · Competitive starting salary with progression after probation · Company vehicle provided when attending site visits · Full training on systems and products · Opportunity to work with a reputable and growing business · Supportive team environment with career development opportunities How to Apply To apply, please send your CV and a brief covering note to (url removed) or contact Amber on (phone number removed).
