* Patient, resilient and adaptable, with an understanding of the needs of vulnerable young people.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
* Able to follow lesson plans and instructions while maintaining pupils' engagement.
* A proactive and supportive approach, with a genuine interest in helping young people succeed.
Why Join Us?
* Work within a supportive and inclusive specialist setting.
* Competitive daily pay of £120–£170.
* Temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent.
* Gain valuable experience within a secondary PRU environment.
* Make a meaningful difference to young people with SEMH needs by helping them overcome barriers to education.
If you are a patient, resilient and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their potential, we would love to hear from you
