Our client is looking for someone who knows cruise, understands the travel trade and thrives on building genuine, long-lasting relationships with agents, fully converse with GDS flight systems. You won’t simply be taking bookings. You’ll become a trusted cruise expert and valued partner to the trade, helping agents unlock opportunities, grow their cruise sales and deliver exceptional experiences for their clients. Cruise Trade Sales Consultant Duties: * Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with travel agents. * Growing cruise sales and revenue across the trade. * Using GDS to secure flights. * Providing exceptional product knowledge and expert cruise advice. * Managing enquiries from initial conversation through to booking. * Identifying opportunities to increase sales and develop existing accounts. * Building relationships with key travel agency partners. * Supporting and educating agents on cruise products, itineraries and promotions. Cruise Trade Sales Consultant – Essential Requirements: * Proven experience selling cruise B2B to travel agents within a tour operator. * Strong cruise product knowledge. * GDS experience such as Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus – essential. * A proven ability to develop and maintain valuable agent relationships.
