About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Associate to join a high-end residential team based in West London. This role is ideal for an experienced and design-focused professional who can confidently lead projects, engage with clients, and deliver exceptional architectural solutions. You will play a key role in shaping bespoke residential schemes while contributing to a collaborative and supportive studio environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage projects across all RIBA stages (0–7)
  • Present design ideas clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, programme, and budget objectives are achieved
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative approach
  • Undertake contract administration duties, ideally using JCT Intermediate contracts
  • Produce and review detailed technical drawings and construction information


Requirements:


  • Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in practice
  • Proven experience in high-end residential projects (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • High level of design sensitivity and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with listed buildings is advantageous
  • MicroStation and/or Revit knowledge is beneficial
  • Fluent written and spoken English and eligibility to work permanently in the UK
  • The right to live and work in the UK
