Recruitment Resourcer - Gi Group Location: Remote (UK) Salary: Salary dependant on experience plus bonus and Award winning benefits Contract: Permanent, full-time About the role Gi Group is looking for a Central Sourcing Resourcer to support the company network by managing the recruitment process from sourcing through to pre-screening. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging candidates, completing first-stage screening, and delivering high-quality candidate shortlists, ensuring the right profiles are provided on time to meet client requirements. This is a delivery-focused role where quality, pace, and candidate management are key. Key Responsibilities Sourcing and candidate attraction Execute effective sourcing activities aligned to the agreed candidate strategy Identify target candidate profiles and analyse the existing candidate database Write and publish job adverts across relevant online sourcing channels Proactively feed and maintain the candidate database, ensuring data quality and accuracy Screening and pre-qualification Identify, approach, and engage suitable candidates for live vacancies Complete first-stage screening and gather key candidate information Accurately record and track first-level candidate details in the database/ATS Prepare candidate profiles and submit them to Consultants in the branches Process and systems Use Gi Group systems and tools effectively (especially sourcing channels and the Applicant Tracking System) Stay up to date with internal processes, tools, and procedures, ensuring consistent quality and compliance in activity What we’re looking for Relevant experience in recruitment delivery within the staffing industry and/or recruitment field Good understanding of Temp & Perm recruitment Strong knowledge of Recruitment processes and candidate management Administrative processes and basic labour law awareness Digital tools and systems (ATS/CRM, job boards, sourcing channels) Why Gi Group?
