Service Manager – Children in Care | Bradford | £400 Ltd per day | Hybrid Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to work with a local authority in Bradford on a temporary contract (initial 3 months, ongoing). This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be in the Bradford City Centre office at least 3 days per week. Role Overview: Managing services for Children in Care (ages 0–18) Working post final court order (no care proceedings required) Strong focus on permanence through reunification and family-based care Supporting staff through challenging and high-pressure situationsEssential Requirements: Proven experience working with Children in Care services Previous experience at Service Manager level (or equivalent) Strong leadership skills with the ability to support teams through difficult/stressful environments Must be registered with Social Work EnglandAdditional Details: Rate: £400 per day (Ltd) Start: ASAP (urgent requirement) Location: Bradford City Centre (3 days office-based)If you are interested, or know someone who would be a great fit, please get in touch today.
