This is a central role, ensuring clients receive a seamless service and that candidate activity is managed with accuracy, pace and care.

Youll be the operational anchor that keeps everything running smoothly in a fast-moving environment.

What youll be doing Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and candidates, delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Overseeing the full candidate journey from application through to placement.

Screening, assessing and shortlisting candidates.

Completing reference checks and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

Managing daily schedules, availability and workforce planning.

Attracting candidates through job boards and relevant media channels.

Building strong social networks to increase candidate reach.

Providing essential administrative and operational support to consultants.
