We Are Recruiting: • SEN Level 3 Teaching Assistants (Primary & Secondary) • SEN Learning Support Assistants • Autism Support Assistants • Behaviour Support Assistants • SEMH Teaching Assistants • SEND Classroom Support Assistants The Role: • Support pupils across Primary and Secondary age ranges. • Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and a range of additional needs. • Deliver intervention programmes and targeted support. • Assist teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments. • Support EHCP targets and personalised learning plans. • Promote pupil wellbeing, confidence and independence. • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families. • Contribute to a safe and supportive educational setting. Requirements: • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent). • Previous SEN experience within an educational setting. • Experience supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH or additional learning needs. • A positive, patient and professional approach. • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). • Two professional references covering the last two years.
