Senior E3S Strategy & Delivery Leader

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a senior leader to define and deliver E3S requirements across the SMR programme. You will set strategy, embed E3S into design outputs, and lead a multidisciplinary team spanning engineering, manufacturing and operations.

You will partner with regulatory bodies, influence stakeholders at all levels, and mentor colleagues while ensuring timely, compliant and high-quality deliverables within a demanding programme schedule.
