Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Regional Business Manager to take ownership of a defined geographic territory and drive sales growth across existing and prospective customers within the electronics and engineering sectors. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, increasing sales and profitability, and growing a portfolio of customers across your Hampshire and South West. You will be responsible for selling a broad portfolio of electronic components, including passive components, EMC components and capacitors, working closely with customers throughout the complete project lifecycle - from initial design concept through to production. Key Responsibilities for the Regional sales manager job covering Hampshire and South West: Grow sales and profitability across your assigned territory by increasing active projects, customer numbers and customer spend. Sell a portfolio of electronic components, with a particular focus on passive components, EMC components and capacitors. Develop strong, long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
