Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in the water industry looking for a change which will offer flexibility and excellent career progression? You will take responsibility for the commercial management, administration and performance of either a major project or a portfolio of smaller schemes. You will work closely with operational, engineering, client and subcontractor teams, ensuring projects are commercially controlled, contractual obligations are met and opportunities to maximise value are identified. Key Responsibilities ·Manage subcontract packages from procurement through to final account. ·Prepare subcontract documentation and negotiate terms, conditions, pricing and programmes. ·Assess subcontractor payments and manage variations and commercial changes. ·Produce and issue contractual notices to clients and subcontractors. ·Manage change in accordance with the relevant contract, including the preparation and submission of Compensation Event Quotations. ·Prepare, submit and agree monthly client applications. ·Work closely with operational and engineering teams to ensure appropriate site and commercial records are maintained. ·Prepare and present detailed monthly commercial reports and Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs). ·Produce and maintain accurate project forecasts, monitoring expenditure, liabilities and subcontractor costs. ·Review and...
