We have an opening for a hands-on, people focused GM to join the team someone who knows their PnLs inside out, whos on top of their GPs, whilst also coaching and communicating with the team to reach their true potential. Passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences
Able to understand the financials, and be in control of labor and operational costs
Fully accountable for stock results and PnLs
On top of time management, communication and organization
Able to coach, train and motivate the team
Flexible and solution orientated to solve any issues that might arise
Needs to be experienced in the hospitality sector (Desired)
