This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager with a proven track record of managing new-build care home developments, overseeing site operations and delivering projects through to successful completion and handover. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme deadlines and ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards of quality and health and safety. The role requires someone who is confident managing multiple trades, driving progress on site and working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team. Previous experience delivering care home construction projects is essential for this position.
