Senior Building Surveyor - Damp & Mould

This is a senior technical surveying role responsible for leading complex damp, mould, disrepair and building defect cases across the housing stock, while ensuring high-quality repairs and contractor performance. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, manage challenging resident issues, and support the development of junior surveyors within the service.

• Take ownership of complex property inspections, including damp and mould, disrepair, structural defects, and wider building condition assessments.
• Develop detailed specifications, scopes of work, and cost estimates to support the effective delivery of repair and maintenance programmes.
• Provide expert technical guidance on complex housing repairs, property-related complaints, and claims matters.
• Manage and coordinate repair projects from inspection through to completion, ensuring works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
