Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: Over £39,000 per annum

Hourly Rate: £17.73 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm, plus 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday, one weekend in every three

Requirements: Own transport and previous forklift truck (FLT) operating experience are essential.

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking and proactive Plant Site Operative to join a busy industrial site in Cheltenham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working with machinery and getting stuck into a variety of practical tasks. You'll play an important role in keeping the site's Water Treatment Plant (ETP) running efficiently, ensuring equipment is maintained, water quality is monitored and environmental standards are met.

Previous experience in water treatment isn't essential, as full training will be provided! We're looking for someone with a practical mindset, good problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly when things don't go to plan.
