The Role:

We're looking for a Salesforce Engineer who goes well beyond clicks and configuration. You'll be embedded in a small Enterprise Systems team, developing across Sales, Service and Community Cloud - writing Apex, building Lightning components, designing flows, and owning work from first requirement to live release.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain robust Salesforce features - Apex, triggers, flows, Lightning pages and custom objects
• Take ownership across the full delivery cycle, from scoping and design through to testing and deployment
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand problems and ship solutions that actually land
• Use AI development tools intelligently - speeding up the work without skipping the critical thinking
• Keep quality high across every stage, with an eye on real-world, user-facing behaviour
• Contribute to planning, estimates and release activities as a trusted member of a small, high-ownership team

What We're Looking For:

• Solid Salesforce development experience (3 - 5 years), with strong Apex and Lightning skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs - REST, SOAP, Bulk and Metadata
• Comfort with modern tooling: SFDX, Git, Salesforce CLI and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with or curiosity about AI-assisted development tools
• A Salesforce Developer certification is a plus, as is Agile/Scrum experience
• Someone who works well xwzovoh independently, communicates clearly, and takes pride in what they ship
