They're looking for a capable Sales Administrator to support the team behind the scenes, keeping orders, records and customer communications running smoothly. The Role This is a varied Sales Administrator role sitting right at the heart of a busy sales team. You'll process orders, manage customer queries and keep the sales pipeline moving accurately and efficiently, working closely with the sales team, customers and other departments like finance and dispatch. Key Responsibilities Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, from receipt through to fulfilment. Maintain and update customer records and the CRM system. Prepare sales quotes, invoices and other sales documentation. Support the sales team with reporting, diary management and general administrative tasks. Help maintain accurate stock and pricing information. Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service or office support role. Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/order systems. Experience working within a sales or customer-facing team. Supportive, fast-paced sales team environment. Based in Belfast, full-time.
