Key criteria

– Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering (Structural), or Water Engineering (minimum 2:2 by September 2026)

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Ability to interpret and produce detailed technical information

– Adaptability and willingness to work across different environments

– Creative and innovative mindset

– Strong communication and teamwork skills

– Interest in infrastructure and large-scale engineering projects

– Willingness to travel across Wales when required

– Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)


What you’ll be doing

You’ll join the Engineering team within a major infrastructure programme, supporting projects from concept through to delivery.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

– Structural design and engineering analysis

– Asset maintenance and improvement projects

– Design assurance and technical reviews

– Working with contractors and supply chain partners

– Project delivery (time, cost, quality)

You’ll be involved in real projects from day one — not just shadowing.
