You'll provide expert HR advice to senior stakeholders, champion employee engagement and wellbeing, and ensure the HR function remains compliant, efficient and forward-thinking. About You You'll have: Significant senior HR leadership experience Chartered CIPD status (or working towards) Strong employment law knowledge Experience managing complex employee relations cases A track record of developing HR strategy and leading change Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience leading and developing HR teams
