Junior Project Manager

Found Talent are recruiting a Junior Project Manager to join a growing technology organisation based in Manchester. You'll work across digital projects, collaborating with Software Engineering and wider business teams to help drive delivery forward. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and confident using their initiative.

Manage the delivery of smaller projects and workstreams, from initial requirements through to completion.
Work closely with Software Engineering teams on web-based and mobile application projects.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
Manage project priorities, timelines, risks and dependencies.
Engage with stakeholders, gather requirements and keep delivery on track.
Maintain project documentation and provide clear progress updates.
Identify issues, ask the right questions and challenge where necessary to keep projects moving.

Experience in a Junior Project Manager role within a technology environment.
Experience working alongside software developers on web applications, mobile apps or digital products.
Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies, including sprints and stand-ups.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar project management platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Someone proactive and inquisitive, who is comfortable speaking up, asking questions and taking ownership rather than simply waiting for direction.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Salary up to £40,000, depending on experience.
