This role serves as a strategic partner between Finance and Technology, responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and support of enterprise financial and planning systems within a modern cloud environment.The Senior Business Systems Analyst leads requirements discovery, translates business objectives into scalable system solutions, and drives continuous improvement across finance processes, integrations, data models, and reporting. The role ensures system stability, compliance, and long-term scalability while supporting enhancements, testing, and production operations in a fast-paced, global environment.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Act as a subject matter expert across enterprise finance systems, supporting functional areas such as Financial Management, Procurement, Banking & Settlement, Projects, Expenses, and Supplier ManagementPartner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, develop conceptual and detailed solution designs, and configure systems to meet evolving business needsLead system configuration, testing, and deployment activities, supporting end-to-end delivery from design through go-livePrepare detailed effort estimates, implementation plans, and testing strategies based on functional and technical requirementsAnalyze, design, document, and validate system configurations supporting existing and new business processes, reporting, and data structuresCollaborate closely with finance leaders to understand business goals, identify gaps, and recommend system-driven improvementsFacilitate design reviews and solution walkthroughs with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end usersPresent solution options with clear trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to support informed decision-makingDrive the delivery of system enhancements, new capabilities, and enterprise transformation initiativesParticipate in change management, user enablement, and post–go-live support activitiesWho We Look ForWho We Are Looking ForSelf-motivated, articulate, and results-driven, with a strong commitment to customer satisfactionPassionate about delivering modern, cloud-based enterprise solutions that unlock business valueComfortable balancing collaboration and independence in complex, fast-moving environmentsResourceful, proactive, and customer-focused, with a strong sense of ownershipPositive, adaptable, and dependable, able to perform effectively under tight timelinesComfortable operating in dynamic, high-growth organizationsQualifications5+ years of experience working with enterprise financial or ERP platforms, including solution design, configuration, implementation, and production support (Workday Financials is strongly prefered)Deep understanding of finance and planning domains, including core financial management, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, projects, expenses, and supplier managementStrong experience translating business and functional requirements into sustainable, scalable system solutionsProven expertise across the full application development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and supportExperience delivering large-scale ERP or enterprise cloud transformation initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus but not required)Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively across geographies, time zones, and cross-functional teamsExperience integrating ERP or finance platforms with third-party systemsDemonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change and manage competing prioritiesStrong technical project leadership and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceEqual Employment Opportunity at TencentAs an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
